INSIDE HRG

A hair clinic built around an operation theatre

Laminar airflow, monitored vitals and an anaesthetist on call — the infrastructure that decides whether a graft survives.

Why the theatre matters more than the brochure

A four-thousand graft sitting runs eight hours under local anaesthesia and involves thousands of incisions. Most clinics in Delhi do that in a room with a chair, a fan and a technician. We do it in an attached hospital operation theatre with laminar airflow, monitored vitals and an anaesthetist on call.

What is in the building

A consultation room with trichoscopy and standardised photography, the hospital operation theatre, a recovery area, and a wash room where your first post-op wash is done for you and demonstrated so you can repeat it at home.

Sterile protocol

Single-use blades, punches and needles, opened in front of you and discarded after your case. Instruments are autoclaved and logged before every procedure.

Graft handling

Follicles are held in chilled preservation solution with timed handling, because out-of-body time is the single largest factor in whether a graft survives. It is the least glamorous part of the process and the one that decides your result.

Two years of oils, or one honest hour with a surgeon

The consultation is free and there is no obligation to book anything. Worst case, you leave knowing exactly where you stand.
