Do you guarantee 100% results?
No clinic honestly can, and you should be careful with any that does — hair growth depends on your donor supply, health and healing. What we guarantee at 100% is everything we control: a surgeon performing the procedure, the price written before you pay, single-use kits, and a full year of follow-up. On outcomes, our measured graft survival is 99%, and if growth is below what we projected, we review the case in writing rather than hand you a fresh quote.
What does a 99% success rate actually mean?
It refers to graft survival — the proportion of transplanted follicles that take root and produce hair. It depends on extraction technique, out-of-body time and placement, which is why we track holding solution timings on every case.
Why is the surgery done in a hospital OT?
A large sitting can run eight hours and involve thousands of incisions under local anaesthesia. A hospital-attached theatre gives monitored vitals, an anaesthetist on call and emergency backup — none of which a clinic room can offer.
Will a transplant look obvious?
Not when the hairline is designed for your face and grafts are placed at the right angle and density. The giveaway in poor work is a straight, uniform line; natural hairlines are irregular, and that is what we build.
How many days off work will I need?
Plan for 5 to 7 days. Swelling settles in the first three days, scabs fall off in about a week, and by day ten most people are back to routine.
When will I see hair?
Transplanted hair sheds in the first month — this is expected. Growth starts around month four, becomes visible to others by month six, and reaches full thickness at ten to twelve months.
