Step one: video consultation, before any travel
Send clear scalp photographs on WhatsApp — front, top, crown and both sides in natural light. You get a graft estimate and a quote before you spend a rupee on travel. If we do not think surgery is right for you, you find that out from home.
Step two: stay arranged for you
Partner hotels within five minutes of the clinic at negotiated rates, booked on your behalf by the coordinator so you are not sorting logistics in an unfamiliar city the night before surgery.
Step three: the three-day schedule
Day one — consultation, trichoscopy and tests. Day two — the procedure in the hospital OT, with discharge the same evening. Day three — first wash at the clinic and written discharge instructions, then you travel home.
Step four: follow-up without travelling back
Monthly photo reviews on WhatsApp with the same surgeon who operated. You do not come back to Delhi for a check-in unless something needs to be seen in person.
